What is this campaign for?

This campaign (in conjunction with our Aid for Orphans appeal) is running in aid of Save the Children charity (Charity reg. 213890). We are raising money for the destitute families (consisting of orphans, elderly and so forth), some of whom cannot afford the basic necessities.

Is there a 100% donation policy?

In truth, there are not many charitable campaigns that fully embrace a 100% donation policy, as it would mean all expenses are covered by the organisation and not through funds earned via the campaign. Major organisations can do this but unfortunately we are not large enough to subsidise the costs. We will donate 100% of all our profits (that is earnings after expenses).

How far do you deliver?

We currently deliver in East London (Tower Hamlets and surrounding areas [within 10 miles]) as well as South London (Croydon and Surrounding areas [within 10 miles]). If you live out of these areas then contact us to see what options are available. (We are only able to deliver to the address listed as the billing address)

Where are the cakes from?

We are getting cakes from a local supplier, in order to maximise the profit we make per cake = the more profit we make the more money we raise for the campaign.

How do I order a cake(s)

Follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the store and click on the fundraising tab

  2. Choose the cake you wish to purchase

    There are 4 options* for each cake:

    1. 1 Cake £20 - This is for one cake that you have chosen

    2. 2 Cakes £30 - This is for two cakes that are the same

    3. 2 Cakes (this cake and another) £30 - This is if you wish to purchase that cake and another one of a different kind, in this circumstance you proceed to check out and at the check out you are required to type in what the other cake is. If you fail to fill this in then we will send you two of the same cake.

    4. 1 Cake and 1 treat (£25) - This is if you wish to purchase one cake and one of the 4 treats we have available alongside it:

      1. Mini Pastry Assortment

      2. Shortbread

      3. Cookies

      4. Danish Pastries

      You must mention what treat you want in the additional information box at checkout! Failure to do so will result in whatever is available being sent to you.

    3. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email, we will then process your order and aim to deliver it within 1 week.

    Refunds will not be refunded for incorrect orders placed
